Shipping & Returns Policy
Order Cancellations
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Due to the high volume of orders processed through Storkcraft.com, order cancellations or modifications (including shipping address changes or discount code additions) are not accepted once an order has been placed.
Our fulfillment team begins preparing orders immediately to ensure timely delivery. We kindly encourage customers to confirm all product selections, quantities, and shipping details prior to checkout.
Shipping
For orders placed on the official Storkcraft website, items typically will be shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours of you placing your order. Within Canada, orders placed from the Storkcraft website will typically be delivered within five (5) days of the order being shipped.
Currently, we are unable to ship to the Yukon Territories, Northwest Territories or Nunavut. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We're hard at work to find a way to serve families in Canada's North.
Damaged & Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or is determined by our Customer Care team to have a manufacturing defect, it may be covered under Storkcraft’s Manufacturer Warranty. When applicable, our team will provide replacement parts or troubleshooting support. Customers should retain all original packaging and materials until replacement parts are received and confirmed.
Please Note: Replacement parts purchased outside of warranty coverage are final sale and non-refundable.
General Returns (i.e. Change of Mind)
Storkcraft accepts returns within 30 days of the shipment date. Items must be returned in their original packaging and box. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund total. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. After 30 days, we regret that we are no longer able to accept returns.
Please Note: A damaged or opened security seal resulting from quality inspection or transit does not constitute grounds for a return outside of our standard return policy. For any concerns related to shipping or handling damage affecting the product or its parts, please contact Storkcraft Customer Care for assistance.
Mattresses & Changing Pads
Due to Storkcraft's® commitment to keeping families safe, we are unable to accept returns on items such as mattresses and changing pads. This is for sanitary reasons, and for keeping all Storkcraft® customers safe. In the case of an issue with your mattress or changing pad, please contact our Customer Care team.
Refunds
In the case of a refund, please allow for up to 15 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your original method of payment. Due to your card's billing cycle, please note that this refund could take longer than expected.
Exchanges
We are not able to offer exchanges online. In the case of exchanging an item, we recommend returning your order and placing a new order online. Please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of the day your order was shipped to begin this process, and be prepared to provide our Customer Care team with your Order Number. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.
